Joy graduated from the Minneapolis School of Massage and Bodywork in 1997 and completed the Deep Tissue and Sports program in 1999. She has taken continuing education classes in Neuromuscular Therapy, Lymph Drainage, Myofascial Release, CranioSacral Therapy, and AIS Stretching techniques. She specializes in deep tissue and trigger point therapy which focuses on relieving pain and dysfunction in soft tissue structures (muscles, tendons, ligaments, fascia, skin, nerves, lymph and blood vessels).

Chelsea is a firm believer in massage therapy as a self-care practice. She receives regular massages and encourages others to do the same. Chelsea enjoys seeing people relax and unwind from the beginning to end of the session. Chelsea graduated from Ridgewater College’s massage therapy program in 2009. Chelsea is also a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) who has extensive training in anatomy and physiology. One of Chelsea’s favorite areas to work is the neck and upper back area. She specializes in Swedish/relaxation massage with the use of hot stones and deep tissue work with trigger point therapy. Chelsea is also trained in cupping therapy.
